Revamped Vauxhall Corsa unveiled
The latest addition to the enduring Vauxhall Corsa series has been unveiled by the manufacturer and is expected to go on sale in the UK next month, it has been revealed.
Priced at £22,295, the Corsa VXR Nurburgring Edition features a reworked version of the original VXR's 1.6-litre turbo engine - taking it from 188bhp to 201bhp - as well as a modified turbocharger system and a sports exhaust.
The revamped Corsa supermini was also recently launched and earned critical praise from one media outlet, which claimed its stylish good looks and competitive price could make it a real favourite in its market.
According to Girlracer.co.uk, the new Corsa comes in five different colours and three-door and five-door models are available, along with a Touch & Connect multimedia system and Bluetooth connectivity.
"The specification is right, the running costs are very attractive and the purchase price - with a bit of haggling - will get the customer a really good looking sporty five-door hatchback," the anonymous reviewer stated.
