Drivers who purchase the new Skoda Superb will be able to pick up cheaper car insurance as a result, the company has claimed.
According to the Czech-based manufacturer, the model has received an insurance rating of 6E - three positions above the current Skoda.
Car credit customers could find that the cheaper cost of cover helps people save money which they can use to pay for petrol and road tax bills.
Skoda UK product marketing manager Chris Horrell commented that the vehicle is an advancement over the previous Superb.
"The new Superb has achieved much improved ratings thanks to enhanced vehicle security, competitive pricing and low cost of parts and repairs. All of these factors contribute to lower insurance premiums for our customers," said the official.
This comes after Skoda announced that it will be showing off its new Superb on August 28th at the Moscow Motor Show.
