Skoda has announced its success in a recent poll that considered customer satisfaction, according to reports.
The survey, conducted by Auto Express, asked respondents to rate dealerships based on the level of service they received when handing over their car finance and driving away their new vehicle.
It was revealed that 85 per cent of Skoda dealer customers said they were "very happy indeed" with how they were treated and Skoda's UK managing director, Robert Hazelwood, said he was pleased with the acknowledgement.
"We strive to offer our customers a friendly and warm reception every time they enter a showroom. This survey shows how good a job our dealers are doing in this regard and that we really are the manufacturer of happy drivers," he said.
The result marks a double celebration for Skoda, whose Octavia model was recently unveiled as the Car of the Year by the same magazine's Driver Power survey.
