People looking to take out car finance for a model that can help them minimise their impact on the planet may want to consider a vehicle from Seat's range.
In terms of its green credentials, the Ibiza Ecomotive boasts fuel economy of 94.1 mpg and carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions of 98 g/km.
As well as helping motorists do their bit for the planet, the car may also allow cash-strapped drivers to save money.
The fact it releases less than 100 g/km of CO2 means owners will not be required to pay road tax.
Its high fuel economy could also help motorists make savings at the pump.
Car finance customers with an old banger to trade in may be able to drive away in the model for less than £10,000.
Steve Robertson, head of marketing at Seat, stated: "The road tax-exempt new Ibiza Ecomotive - which with thenew scrappage incentive can be bought for as little as £9,605 - is clearly a car very much for our times."
