Car credit customers who are desperate to replace their current vehicle may want to get down to their nearest Skoda showroom to check out the New Superb.

Released today, the model is available from £15,490.

According to the manufacturer, its latest offering is great value for money, elegantly designed and well-built.

Customers have a choice of three diesel and a trio of petrol engines, as well as the option of three trim levels – Elegance, S and SE.

Buyers will find a number of features are included as standard, including alloy wheels, front and rear electric windows and a system for variable boot opening which means, at the touch of a button, the car can be transformed from a saloon to a hatchback.

Robert Hazelwood from Skoda said: "The New Superb is our ambitious car to date and testimony to our brand's confidence in the competitive upper medium market."

Meanwhile, the carmaker recently revealed it was raising its standard specification on the Octavia vRS.
