A marketing campaign to be launched by Ford could convince some motorists to take out a car loan for a new Fiesta.
The revised model is due to roll into showrooms next month and the manufacturer is doing its best to make sure everyone knows about it.
Motorists can expect to be bombarded with adverts in the press, over the airwaves, through the post and via sponsorship deals.
The first TV advert is due to be aired on September 19th on Channel 4 during the comedy Ugly Betty.
Explaining the reasoning behind the extensive marketing, Mark Ovenden from Ford said: "We aim to show the public that the all-new Fiesta retains its brand values but we have added our passion for great design and new technology."
Billboards featuring the vehicle are also due to appear in city centres across the UK from September 22nd.
In other news, Ford recently revealed it has received 1,000 advanced orders for the new Focus.
