Mini has won Motor Trader's Car Franchise of the Year after clocking up more than 1.1 million sales world-wide.
Car credit customers may be interested to learn that since 2001, Mini has kept hold of the highest residual values in the car market.
According to Parker's publisher of the UK's leading car price guide - Minis depreciate in value at a slower rate than any other car on the market.
Andy Hearn, General Manager at MINI UK, said: "This is an important award for us as it highlights the great relationship between MINI and our dealers in the UK."
"That commitment is paying dividends both for their business and the customers' experience," he added.
Mini won the Car Franchise of the Year award after excelling in producing new models, marketing them successfully and developing a close relationship with dealers.
Mini has celebrated exporting one million cars from its Oxford plant since 2001. The car manufacturer said 80 per cent ofits British cars are sold abroad.
