The latest concept vehicle from Kia to make it to the production line will retain its name, according to reports.
Motor Trader notes that the Kia Soul, which could be of interest to car finance customers looking for a compact crossover model, could make its international debut at the 2008 Paris Motor Show.
Following this, the site notes that UK car loans customers could see the new vehicle available on forecourts in early 2009 and Gregory Guillaume of Kia Motors Europe, states the car will also retain some of its interesting design features.
"Because the new Kia Soul is not a replacement for an existing vehicle and is destined to play a unique role within the Kia global line-up, it can be a bit of a rebel," said Mr Guillaume, chief designer for the firm.
This week, Kia invited drivers to the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders Test Day to "catch-up on all things Kia" and "sample the best in coffee and donuts that Bedfordshire has to offer."
