Females 'act flirty on the road to avoid punishment'

Women drivers will often attempt to chat up traffic officers if they think it will result in them escaping a motoring conviction, according to new research.

A study from YouGov, which questioned 2,181 women, found that younger motorists were the most likely demographic to employ such a manner.

Furthermore, the figures showed that seven per cent of female drivers in London had already acted flirtatiously to avoid a ticket, while 25 per cent of Yorkshire female motorists would do the same.

Car credit customers could find that by acting in such a manner they avoid picking up a conviction which compromises their car insurance policies.

"I'm not sure guys realise just how shrewd women are when it comes to getting themselves out of trouble," commented a spokesperson for Diva Insurance.

Meanwhile, the Grantham Journal has reported on a female driver who will not be punished for her quick drivingskills.

Louise Richardson, 15, is the top female junior racer in the country, according to the news source.ADNFCR-1597-ID-18714951-ADNFCR
