Those car finance customers who put green credentials at the top of their list of priorities when looking for a new vehicle may be impressed by Peugeot's latest concept vehicle.
According to the manufacturer the Prologue is an innovative and unique model, which anticipates trends which will become increasingly important in the world of motoring.
Peugeot states the car is a "combination of ideas at a number of different levels its architecture, its style, its interior ambience, its modularity, its original high-tech equipment and also its new generation hybrid technology".
The carmaker also insists the vehicle does not compromise on performance despite its eco-friendly design.
It claims the 200 bhp model emits 109 grams of CO2 per kilometre when driven in the combined cycle and none whatsoever when in electric-only mode.
Earlier this month, Peugeot said that its partner and expert Tepee range of vehicles were equally suitable for sports lovers and busy families.
